Brimmer and May is a coed Pre-Kindergarten through grade 12 day-school. The school places a strong emphasis on both academic achievement and social development. The first criterion for admission is that the child is able to succeed here, both academically and with peers. Brimmer and May seeks a school population that is diverse in terms of geography, race, ethnicity, religion, socioeconomic level, and family composition. Equally important to us is maintaining a stimulating intellectual environment. We look for motivated children who are intellectually curious, have good academic promise, are willing to take risks and who will make a positive contribution to the school community. We look for families who understand and support the mission of the school. We also strongly value and encourage parental involvement.
