In today’s global environment there is a strong desire to help our children understand and appreciate cultures around our world. Global Explorers gives children entering pre-K through 6th grade an introduction to a variety of world cultures and languages including French, Spanish, and Mandarin. Campers are immersed in these cultures and languages through interactive play and exploration.

Brimmer and May’s World Languages faculty will lead campers on a week-long “World Tour” visiting at least one new country every day. Along the way campers will learn new games, read stories, sing songs, create art, and receive basic language instruction as they discover the customs and traditions of various world cultures. Previous French, Spanish, or Mandarin knowledge is not expected or required for participation.
