The Counselor in Training (CIT) program is designed to provide participants with opportunities to build leadership skills that will enable them to work effectively with children, peers, and adults in a camp environment. Open to rising ninth and tenth graders, the program acts as a bridge from camper to counselor. CITs will have the opportunity to work directly with campers under the mentorship of experienced camp staff. Weekly meetings provide valuable feedback as well as training in basics counselor skills.
